About the Department

  • To enable the students to acquire the basic knowledge and skill with respect to the concept of Rural Development to serve and uplift the Rural Society.
  • To understand the Rural Development programmes and policies.
  • The department has a broader vision of creating educated, enlightened and empowered rural students by providing knowledge about the Rural Development programme and policies to make them capable of solving all the challenges and also bring self confidence among them.
